An elderly British pensioner has died after a bus ploughed trough her in the vacation island of Lanzarote.
Chaos erupted in the common resort of Costa Teguise because the car slammed into the 83-year-old.
She was rushed to hospital in a 'essential' condition after paramedics stabilised her at the scene.
After preventing for her life in hospital, officials stated she had died on the Jose Molina Orosa Hospital within the island capital Arrecife.
