A 17-month-old baby and a person have each died after the Land Rover they have been travelling in crashed.
The crash happened at round 8.26am as we speak on Hesketh Lane the village of Tarleton in Lancashire.
The Land Rover Discovery collided with a Mini Cooper before then crashing right into a tree.
The 50-year-old man and child woman have been each pronounced lifeless on the scene, whereas the Mini driver was taken to hospital with minor accidents.
The street was closed for a number of hours, and now Lancashire Police are interesting for witnesses to get in contact.
Sergeant Matt Davidson stated: 'These are terribly unhappy and tragic circumstances which have resulted in a man, and a younger woman dropping their lives this morning.
'Our ideas are very much with their family members at this awful time.
'We might ask that you simply refrain from speculation on-line and want to thank the members of the area people for their endurance and understanding while our officers carried out their investigations as we speak.
'We at the moment are interesting to you, the public, to ask that for those who witnessed this collision, or have any dashcam or CCTV footage from Hesketh Lane or the encompassing areas between eight:00am and 8:30am this morning to please get in touch.
