Josh Duggar recently launched a new bid to overturn his 12-year prison sentence for a 2021 child pornography conviction. The former 19 Kids and Counting star, 37, asked a court to find him new legal representation as he maintains his innocence over a December 2021 conviction on one count of receiving child sex abuse material. Duggar wrote in court documents filed on May 27 that he was unable to afford counsel due to [his] current financial circumstances.
