Lauren Laverne Lauren has had a varied career that includes modelling, writing, singing, comedy and being on the radio. Lauren famously provided vocals on Mint Royale's single Don't Falter, and was lead singer and guitarist in the rock band Kenickie. Chris Evans oversaw the Friday night hour-long episodes from 2010 to 2015.
